With our investment in an electric melting operation at the Schwerte site, we are setting a clear course for the future of our production. Under the guiding principle of GREEN CASTING, we are laying the foundation for signifi cantly lower carbon footprint in our production of castings: our direct Scope 1 emissions can be reduced by around 90%. This will reduce the Product Carbon Footprint of our castings – providing our customers with an effective lever to lower Scope 3 emissions within their own supply chains and support the achievement of their sustainability targets.
We supply components from an integrated value chain: from raw material through machining and quality assurance to assembly – including coating via our partner network. This way, you receive ready-to-assemble or ready-to-install solutions with clearly defined interfaces and a single point of contact.

We are investing in an electric arc furnace, enabling significantly lower-CO₂ casting production. We plan to reduce Scope 1 emissions by over 90% – a clear contribution to our customers’ sustainability goals and to a future-proof supply chain.
We make your supply predictable: We coordinate call-off and scheduling, material flow, and logistics along the entire process chain – optionally also with JIT/JIS concepts. This reduces inventory, stabilizes delivery dates, and ensures transparent coordination in the event of changes.
With more than 100 years of casting expertise, Beinbauer Casting specialises in the production of ductile and grey iron cast components. Since 1914, we have been providing customised solutions for high-quality cast products used in sectors such as commercial vehicles, agricultural technology, construction machinery, railway technology and many other industries. Our production covers both small and large series, as well as complex cast components weighing between 15 and 400 kg.

With more than 300 machines across four sites, we are one of Europe’s largest independent machining specialists – producing ready-to-install components for demanding industries such as commercial vehicles, agriculture, mechanical engineering and railway technology.
